Warranty Information

• One (1) Year Builders Warranty
• A four (4) year warranty by American Home Shield, covering the plumbing system, well pump, water heater, electrical system, dishwasher, garbage disposal, built-in microwave oven, range/oven/cooktop, trash compactor, heating system or built-in wall unit, air conditioning, ductwork, washer/dryer and kitchen refrigerator. Please refer to Premier 4 New Construction Warranty for Covered Systems and Appliance limitations. Optional coverage available on pool, spa, and additional air conditioning/heating. All service calls handled through American Home Shield and their 1-800 number. Contact contractor for information on additional optional coverage.
• Ten (10) year structural warranty by Bonded Builders.
