Please refer to Premier 4 New Construction Warranty for Covered Systems and Appliance limitations. Optional coverage available on pool, spa, and additional air conditioning/heating. All service calls handled through American Home Shield and their 1-800 number. Contact contractor for information on additional optional coverage.
